On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 23, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered August 28, 2013, is amended by deleting from the fifth sentence of the first decretal paragraph thereof the dates "November 17, 2012, November 27, 2012," and substituting therefor the dates "September 17, 2012, September 27, 2012."
