Application by the respondent New York State Department of Health pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered August 27, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 27, 2015, and the applicant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
