On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 29, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 2, 2013, June 26, 2014, and November 26, 2014, respectively, is amended (1) by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "December 2, 2014", and substituting therefor the date "December 2, 2013", and (2) by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the words "so much of the order entered December 2, 2014" and substituting therefor the words "so much of the order entered November 26, 2014."
