| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 9, 2014, and a judgment of the same court dated September 11, 2014, to dismiss the appeals insofar as taken by the appellant J & J Plus Trading, Inc., on the ground that the appellant J & J Plus Trading, Inc., was not represented by an attorney at the time the appeal was taken. Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed insofar as taken by the appellant J & J Plus Trading, Inc., without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 321[a]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the remaining appellants' time to perfect their appeal is enlarged until June 1, 2015, the record or appendix on the appeal and the remaining appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
