| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Upon reading and filing the petition of Oliver M. Bather, an attorney of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, verified on the 5th day of March, 2015, and the affidavit and exhibits annexed thereto, it is
ORDERED that the petition is granted and that upon taking and subscribing the constitutional oath of office as prescribed by law, Oliver M. Bather Lane is admitted to practice pro hac vice pursuant to § 520.11(a)(2) of the rules of the Court of Appeals and § 690.3(c) of the rules of this court, as an attorney and counselor-at-law on behalf of Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc., in all matters in which it has an interest, in all Courts of this State, from the date of taking and subscribing the oath to and including October 1, 2017, or upon termination of his employment as an attorney with Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc., whichever occurs first; and it is further,
ORDERED that Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc., shall file an annual report pursuant to § 690.3(e) of the rules of this court concerning Oliver M. Bather, and the legal services in which he was engaged in the preceding year.
