ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 22, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 26, 2014, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Kings County," and substituting therefor the words "Nassau County."
