ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 21, 2014, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 24, 2011, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "March 23, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "March 30, 2015."
