| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by TDD Irrevocable Trust for leave to reargue its prior motion, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of an order entered November 26, 2014, as disqualifies Timothy DiResta from acting as counsel for it, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 29, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
