Motion by appellant to vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated January 28, 2015, which dismissed as untimely an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered June 16, 2014, and to reinstate the appeal, or, in the alternative, pursuant to CPL 460.30, for an extension of time to take an appeal from the judgment of conviction, and for related relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
