Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered December 8, 2014, for an extension of time to serve and file papers in reply to respondents' opposition to appellant's prior motion for a stay pending the determination of the appeal, which prior motion was denied by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 26, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
