DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
| Tameka Stephenson, Respondent, v 305 Realty NY, LLC and Pinnacle Management, Appellants. |
Motion by appellants, in effect, to vacate an order of this court dated March 23, 2015, which dismissed an appeal from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 18, 2014 and September 29, 2014, to reinstate and continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 12, 2015, and to consolidate the appeals from the two orders.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of appellants' motion seeking, in effect, to vacate the order of this court dated March 23, 2015 is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by June 5, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of appellants' motion seeking to reinstate and continue the stay is granted on condition that appellants perfect the appeal by June 5, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to consolidate the appeals from the orders entered March 18, 2014 and September 29, 2014 is denied as unnecessary.
