DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated July 29, 2014, and from a final judgment of the same court entered October 6, 2014, and to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated December 29, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and upon the stipulation of the parties, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that so much of the appeal as is from the decision is dismissed, as no appeal lies from a decision (see CCA 1702); and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion is granted on condition that appellant perfect the appeal by April 16, 2015 and comply with the other conditions contained in the decision and order on motion of this court dated December 29, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice.
