Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 4, 2014, to amend a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 12, 2014, as amended by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 30, 2014, to allow him to use assets of the appellant's supplemental needs trust to retain counsel to represent him on the appeal and to pay certain counsel fees and disbursements.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
