Motion by Marine Terrace Associates for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated August 18, 2014, which affirmed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated October 31, 2011, and to stay enforcement of the order dated August 18, 2014, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
