Respondents Black, Holcomb, Smith & Associates, Inc., Kipnes Crowley Group, LLC, JMW Settlements, Inc., and The Pension Company having separately moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on April 23, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Ryan J. Lucinski, Esq., received March 17, 2015, the affidavit of Mark S. Landsman, Esq., sworn to March 16, 2015, the affidavit of Lawlor F. Quinlan, III, Esq., sworn to March 16, 2015, and the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that the briefs are filed and served on or before April 15, 2015, and the Clerk is directed to accept the briefs for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that reply briefs in response to the briefs filed by Black, Holcomb, Smith & Associates, Inc., Kipnes Crowley Group, LLC, JMW Settlements, Inc., and The Pension Company, if any, shall be filed and served on or before April 30, 2015.
