Now, upon reading and filing the affirmations of David M. Abbatoy, Jr., Esq., dated March 16, 2015, and March 27, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Emilio Colaiacovo, Esq., sworn to March 23, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 29, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 16, 2015, and inserting in its place the date May 15, 2015.
