| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 17, 2014, and a judgment of the same court entered April 25, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the decision (Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-01453) is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the decision is denied as academic; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is enlarged until May 13, 2015, and the record or appendix on the appeal from the judgment and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
