| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Vista Engineering Corp. to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 10, 2014, and to sever the cross appeal by East Coast Painting & Maintenance from the same order. Separate motion by Royal One Real Estate, LLC, for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of Vista Engineering Corp. and Royal One Real Estate, LLC, to perfect their appeals is enlarged until June 12, 2015, and the joint record or appendix on the appeal and cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the briefs of Vista Engineering Corp. and Royal One Real Estate, LLC, must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that East Coast Painting & Maintenance shall serve and file its answering briefs, including the points of argument on its cross appeal, in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
