v Arwa Kaywood, respondent.

(Index No. 9595/12)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 13, 2014, and March 17, 2015, respectively, and, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order dated March 17, 2015, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from that order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]), as the appeals can be consolidated as of right; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
