(Index No. 6090/12)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the nonparty-appellants, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 5, 2015, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of so much of the order as directed the nonparty-appellants to turn over their file in the above-entitled action to the newly-retained counsel for the respondent is denied as academic, as the nonparty-appellants' file has been turned over; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
