| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered July 3, 2012, and for leave to file an appendix to the supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief submitted to the Clerk of Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file an appendix to the supplemental brief is denied, and the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall remove the appendix from the copies of the supplemental brief filed with the Clerk of this Court.
