ORDER ON APPLICATION

Applications pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 10, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the applications are granted, the appellants-respondents' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until May 11, 2015, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellants-respondents' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the defendants-respondents-appellants shall serve and file an answering brief, including their points of argument on their cross appeal, on or before June 15, 2015 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the plaintiff- respondent-appellant shall serve and file an answering brief, including its points of argument on its cross appeal, on or before July 20, 2015 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants-respondents shall serve and file their resepective reply briefs, if any, on or before August 24, 2015; and it is further,

ORDERED that the defendants-respondents-appellants shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before September 28, 2015; and it is further,

ORDERED that the plaintiff-respondent-appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before October 13, 2015.
