DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2015-02574

In the Matter of Joshua C. (Anonymous), respondent,

v Angelica C. (Anonymous), appellant, et al., respondent.

(Docket No. V-20386-13)

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated March 19, 2015, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-02574, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

RIVERA, J.P., AUSTIN, COHEN and DUFFY, JJ., concur.
