| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Scenic Development, LLC, inter alia, to enlarge its time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated May 8, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the movant's time to serve and file a brief is granted, the movant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 15, 2015, and the movant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to serve and file the reply brief is enlarged until June 5, 2015, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
