| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 6, 2015, which dismissed appeals from a decision of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 4, 2014, and an order of the same court dated November 3, 2014, and reinstate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to recall and vacate so much of the decision and order on motion dated January 6, 2015, as dismissed the appeal from the decision dated November 4, 2014, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to recall and vacate so much of the decision and order on motion dated January 6, 2015, as dismissed the appeal from the order dated November 3, 2014, is denied without prejudice to making a motion in the Family Court, Kings County, to resettle the order dated November 3, 2014, to reflect that it was not entered on the appellant's default.
