Appeal by Mehmet Nakas from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 27, 2014. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 23, 2015, the appellant's time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 28, 2014, was extended until February 23, 2015. The appellant has failed to comply with the decision and order on motion dated November 28, 2014.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure comply with the decision and order on motion dated November 28, 2014 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]).
