Appeal by Emmanuel O. Odior from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, entered February 11, 2014. By scheduling order dated January 30, 2015, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until February 27, 2015. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.
