Appellant having moved for this Court to sanction respondents on the grounds of alleged perjury and fraud on this Court in the appeals taken herein from an order and judgment and an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on January 2, 2014, and April 3, 2014, and having moved for other relief, and

Respondents having cross-moved for sanctions in the form of an award of the costs and attorneys' fees incurred opposing appellant's motion, and having moved for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of David G. Harris sworn to February 24, 2015, the affirmation of Thomas S. D'Antonio, Esq., dated March 16, 2015, and the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are denied.
