| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 27, 2014, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated September 25, 2014, as amended December 11, 2014, and February 23, 2015, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of stated portions of the judgment, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before March 25, 2015, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 25, 2014, as amended December 11, 2014, and February 23, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "March 25, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "May 11, 2015," and the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until May 11, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
