| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents, inter alia, for leave to reargue their prior motion, inter alia, to dismiss appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 24, 2014, and an order of the same court dated February 20, 2014, on the ground that the record on appeal and the appellants' brief are inadequate, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 19, 2015, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
