Separate motions by the petitioner-respondent and the attorney fo the child to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 20, 2013, on the ground that it has been rendered academic.

ORDERED that the motions are granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
