| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the child to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated March 13, 2014, on the ground that the appellant has failed to file all of the transcripts of the proceedings, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief is granted, the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 18, 2015, and the brief of the attorney for the child must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 18, 2015, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
