ORDERED that the decision and order of this Court dated April 15, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, which determined an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 16, 2013, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "April 11, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "May 20, 2015."
