DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants for a preference in the calendaring of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 19, 2015, and for an expedited briefing schedule.

Upon the papers submitted in support of the motion and the papers submitted in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants' joint record or appendix on the appeals and their respective briefs shall be served and filed on or before May 5, 2015, the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before May 26, 2015, and the appellants' respective reply briefs, if any, shall be served and filed on or before June 2, 2015; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeals will be calendared expeditiously.
