Appeal by David Mendez from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated August 8, 2014. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 2, 2015, the appellant was directed to file an affirmation or affidavit containing certain information on or before April 2, 2015. The appellant has failed to file the affirmation or affidavit.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to file the affirmation or affidavit in accordance with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 2, 2015.
