ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 22, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered September 18, 2014, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "Supreme Court, Dutchess County," and substituting therefor the words "County Court, Dutchess County."
