Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file an affirmation in response to the appellant's excessive sentence motion on an appeal from a sentence of the County Court, Suffolk County, imposed January 14, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file an affirmation in response to the appellant's excessive sentence motion is enlarged until May 1, 2015, and the affirmation must be served and filed on or before that date.
