Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the judgment of Steuben County Court, rendered March 19, 2012,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Bradley E. Keem, Esq. sworn to March 27, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered February 25, 2015 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date March 27, 2015 and inserting in place thereof the date June 19, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to file and serve a respondent's brief is extended to July 20, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to file and serve a reply brief be and the same hereby is extended to August 4, 2015.
