Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a response to the motion of Assessor, Town of Amherst, and Board of Assessment Review of Town of Amherst to dismiss the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on April 17, 2014,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Henry A. Zomerfeld, Esq., sworn to April 1, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the return date of the motion to dismiss is adjourned to May 18, 2015, and appellant shall file and serve responding papers on the motion on or before May 15, 2015.
