Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered February 11, 2014, for the Court to take judicial notice of a so-ordered Request for Dismissal of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, which was entered on March 5, 2014, in an action entitled Botach Management Group v Landmark American Insurance Co., commenced in that court under Case No. BC473953.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and this Court shall take judicial notice of the so-ordered Request for Dismissal.
