Motion by Gregory Chiaramonte, M.D., P.C., Alan M. Madell, and Chris D. Donikyan to enlarge the record on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated January 15, 2013, and April 3, 2014, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered March 17, 2014, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record on the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the time of Gregory Chiaramonte, M.D., P.C., Alan M. Madell, and Chris D. Donikyan to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 22, 2015, and the brief of Gregory Chiaramonte, M.D., P.C., Alan M. Madell, and Chris D. Donikyan must be served and filed on or before that date.
