Appeal by James Edmund Gallo from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated September 3, 2014.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties are directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the above-entitled appeal for failure to pay the filing fee (see CPLR 8022[b]; 22 NYCRR 670.4[a], 670.8[e]), by filing an affidavit or affirmation on that issue with the Clerk of this Court on or before May 14, 2015, and by serving one copy of the same on each other; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties by regular mail.
