Motion by the appellant to vacate an order of this court dated January 12, 2015, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, Traffic & Parking Violations Agency, rendered September 2, 2014 .
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is hereby,
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED on the court's own motion, that the time to file appellant's brief is hereby enlarged, and appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before May 8, 2015.
