Motion by appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, Third District, entered September 15, 2014, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated December 11, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that appellants perfect the appeal by June 5, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice.
