Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 25, 2012, and October 4, 2012, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 5, 2014. Cross motion by the respondent to impose a sanction upon the appellant.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
