Motion by James Burr Fairchild for leave to appeal to this Court from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 24, 2014, December 1, 2014, and February 25, 2015, respectively, and to stay enforcement of the orders pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
