Application by the respondent-appellant Deborah Kurtzman pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated February 11, 2014, and appeals from two orders of the same court both dated February 21, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the time of the respondent-appellant Deborah Kurtzman to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 8, 2015, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
