DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Steven J. Maffei, inventory attorney with respect to the above-entitled matter appointed by decision and order on application of this Court dated June 4, 2014, for authorization to destroy any remaining unclaimed files, for leave to deliver banking and bookkeeping records in his possession as inventory attorney in the above-entitled matter to the Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, and to be discharged. Robert C. Fontanelli was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on January 13, 1999, under the name Robert Carl Fontanelli. By opinion and order of this Court dated March 19, 2014, Mr. Fontanelli was disbarred upon his default and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that Steven J. Maffei is authorized to arrange for the destruction of any unclaimed files under the guidance of Robert P. Guido, Executive Director of Attorney Matters, and shall provide the Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts with a record listing all files inventoried and whether those files were delivered to the clients or their counsel, or whether those files were destroyed pursuant to this order; and it is further,

ORDERED that Steven J. Maffei is authorized to deliver all banking and bookkeeping records in his possession as inventory attorney in the above-entitled matter to the Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts; and it is further,

ORDERED that upon completion of the foregoing, Steven J. Maffei is discharged as inventory attorney in the above-entitled matter.
