Motion by respondent on appeals from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered September 18, 2013, and an order of the same court dated January 10, 2014, to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated September 10, 2014, to dismiss the appeals, and for related relief.

ORDERED that the motion is denied as moot, as the appeals have been withdrawn pursuant to a stipulation.
