DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent-appellant to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 7, 2013, and September 12, 2013, respectively, to substitute pro bono counsel, for leave to serve and file a replacement respondent-appellant's brief, and to enlarge the time for the petitioner-respondent and the attorney for the children to serve and file a brief. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 1, 2014, the respondent-appellant was granted poor person relief and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeals:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

and it is further,

ORDERED that Simon Schwartz is directed to serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the Clerk of the Court from which the appeals are taken; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent-appellant's brief is stricken and the respondent-appellant's replacement brief shall be served and filed on or before May 15, 2015; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of the petitioner-respondent and the attorney for the children to serve and file their respective briefs on the appeals is enlarged until June 15, 2015.
